HOME FOR LIVING

Today, I've view one wonderful condominium somewhere in Selayang and immediately I fall in love with it. The unit is a studio type and fully renovated by owner plus this kind hearted Dato' would love to let go together all what was inside the house for a small amount of money. Wake up with such tranquil environment, everyone who happen to view the unit I guarantee will immediately fall in love with it.  It such a lucky fellow who get this unit as the unit is well maintained.
Suddenly, something comes up into my mind. What actually most people love when they view the house? Is it solely based on price? or the location? or others?
As for me, I would love something far away from busy city life where I can hang out with my family spending a lovely time together having tea near the swimming pool in the evening and wake up early in the morning doing my Subuh Prayer hearing a bird singing...what a wonderful ideal home for me.
However, not everyone would have the same interests. Some people not keen with suburb area, they prefer a home next to their working place (no one like the traffic jam right).
However, nowadays it not that easy to find a house in city area below RM200K and  if they just lucky enough, they will get a condo or apartment with that amount of money. The increase in oil price, toll and YES the traffic jam and so on add another hidden cot to the living. Make it more harder for a people saving to buy their dream home.
All and all, it just about choice. If you can afford, just make a pick but if you can't....most probably a nice realtor would make it easier for you to choose. Nite and sweet dream.

IS IT HARD TO MAKE PURCHASE ON YOUR DREAM HOME?

Most of people normally has a lot of confusion when it's come to make a property purchase. Normally, people tend to love the hassle free process but due to some simple technical problem with banker, lawyer and so on make their dream scattered in pieces. The situations not always to be a bad dream when you know how to tackle the problem. Here I'm sharing, few tips to consider when purchasing your dream home:-

1. ELIGIBILITY

Knowing what is your budget are the first thing to consider. There's no point of you looking for your dream home and at the end you can't have it. Do your credit check with nearest banker (if you plan to make a loan) on your eligibility or determine what are the cap if you plan to make a cash purchase. By doing this, you are not wasting your time looking for something that not affordable to you. 

2. LOCATION

Look for properties that near to your work place and has an easy access to go and fro that suit your budget. It was  your dream home after all and you supposed to spend more time on it and not wasting driving all day long. School, College, Shopping Complex, hospital and others basic facilities add on a value to your property so, do your homework before say YES. We definitely don't like to say "If I had done that, I will not be like this....." right?

3. RELIABLE BANKER AND LAWYER

Ask your friends, surf the internet and get references on their past service record. The best interest rate doesn't mean that bank also has the best staff. Look for someone that appreciate your business (you giving them a business what when you choose them) and not treat you like a ball by passing you around. 

4. COMPLETE DOCUMENT = ZERO HASSLE

To make your experience a good one, you also has to act good. Ask the bank and lawyer, what are the documents that they need and prepare it completely. Sometime, what you think are not necessary might be a reason in delaying your request. 

5. FOLLOW-UP

Always do your follow-up. Don't expect the bank, lawyer or even developer to call you and updating you the progress. They normally won't, unless you are lucky enough to get one.
